It looks nicer than the flush, center-dump style the RV came with, and it is much quieter. However, on 90 degree plus days, the AC has to run almost constantly because of the restricted air flow. It also ices-over much easier.

So I replaced standard AC cover and this is why I'm putting back the original cover. Less air movement and unfortunately for us there is a wall mounted TV next to it so it blocks one side. It did lower the noise by 7 decibels. I also think it's a better look but with the summer heat I like air movement most of all.

Air channels are very small, took forever to cool the rv, once removed it took only 30 minutes to cool. Can't believe they haven't had a recall on it... it looked really nice tho...

Works great but it's the manual is a bit misleading as it implies the control box is part of the package. That you must buy separately.

Works well to distribute are more evenly. The factory one just dumped the cool in in one spot. Problem solved.

The product is performing better than expected. The air conditioner could be better if it had a heat pump the air distribution box Has a nice clean look and the lights work well

I just bought this air distribution box and it was missing the control box that it advertised is necessary for installation in the instructions. And then I found out there is only 30 days to return this item which is ridiculous. There should be a longer policy for return or at least to request additional parts with the seller. In the meantime, the seller has answered my request.

The air distribution box arrived in perfect shape. The item is listed as including the electric control box. This item was missing. We were able to take extra time and wire our old box to the new AC unit, but this was not ideal. I messaged the seller, but heard no response.
