This AC unit is working very well. It even stood up to some summer heat. The hole wasn't exactly the same but the one I had was from 2006 but it was very close and a minor adjustment. I had to add the inside control box because of the type of camper I have. It also isn't as loud as my old one. I've had no leakage issues at all.

Easy to install, blew real cold right away. Save all parts that you remove inside . You will need them again. But the top unit is the power unit and blows cold.

Would buy again but look over the unit before install due to it being bulky and fragile.Installed on a 2012 Road Warrior. Had some damage to the packaging but the ac looked fine when I pulled it out. It ended up shifting the fan internally causing it to jam when started. Had to bend the entire assembly a little so the fan would stop catching on the shroud. The foam casing was fragile as well and had put some aluminum tape on it so it didn’t crack anymore. And I also had to make my own bolts because the 7” bolts weren’t long enough. I grabbed an all thread and cut it to size. I did mine to 8.5” and put nuts on both sides of the bottom bracket to give it some support. Just thought I would pass that information along in case you run into the same issue.

Arrived quickly, then I opened it up to install a soft start unit and was very impressed with how well made the unit is. Completely interchangeable with the lower unit I had from another manufacturer. The one thing I wish is for these manufacturers to start factory installing the soft start units since it is so common for us to install them. They have at least a ten year history of performance.

When hooking it up it was pretty easy to install. Fit perfectly. No complaints. There was running fine and then all of a sudden the compressor quit turning on occasionally but you couldn't really tell and now it doesn't work at all. I've reached out for a warranty and it should be under warranty, but I'll update this later on on how that goes.

I bought this because it was an exact match for the AC in my old travel trailer. I received this and as soon as the power was connected I noticed an issue with the blower fan. It would not turn. I disconnected it and tried to spin it by hand but it was in a bind. I went back and forth with the manufacturer because Amazon told me to contact them so I did. The sent me back to Amazon. Amazon sent me back to the manufacturer. I finally got fed up with the back and forth and ordered a different brand. I sent this back junk back to them. The other brand worked great. I will never buy another product from ASA electronics. If you are needing a RV AC spend a little more money and go with a better brand. After buying all the parts needed to make this work separately there was not much difference in price anyway and the other one I purchased came with all the parts. It was only a little $200 dollars difference in total. This one is not worth any price give the issues with the product an the s product support. The switch was also broken.
