Center hole larger than 1/4” so a bit loose around bolt. Should work ok.

These washers work great they are not the thin ones that bend. I used them with 3/8 lag bolts for a work bench , I know over kill for a workbench but I put some heavy stuff on my workbench so they work good for me.
