Does the job. I used it with a non-VP jug and it is tight, but the strap will fit to secure it.

Should have pre-drilled holes to mount.Hold down strap not secured enough on jug.

They seem to be made for a trailer however used mine in the garage. Easy installation and solid to a block house. Did not use the locking mechanism.
