- CT150 Fuel Injector Tester & Cleaner is an integrated four-cylinder fuel injector machine. It combines ultrasonic cleaning technology and microcomputer oil pressure closed-loop control technology into one, which can simulate various working conditions of the engine and can clean and test the injectors of automobiles and motorcycles. It has a three-dimensional and nice appearance, which is both drop-resistant and shockproof. It has undergone years of technological and design innovation in which it will solve your fuel injector problems with stable performance and convenient operation.

- How to choose test fluid?
- The test fluid is used to test and judge whether the performance of the fuel injector is in good condition. It is a colorless and transparent liquid with no irritating odor, non-corrosive, and not easy to emit. Its function is to simulate various working states of the fuel injector as a medium. In order to achieve the best test effect, it is recommended to use professional automotive injector test fluids. If it is not available locally, as an alternative, it's recommended that medical alcohol with an alcohol content of more than 75% can be used instead of the test fluid.
- How to choose cleaning fluid?
- Cleaning fluid is used to clean deposits (such as carbon deposits) on fuel injectors, and it is usually highly corrosive and flammable. In order to achieve the best test effect, it is recommended to use professional injector ultrasonic cleaning fluid. If it is not available locally, it's recommended that medical alcohol with an alcohol content of more than 75% can be used instead of the cleaning fluid, but note that the effect may not good enough.
Functions:
- Ultrasonic Cleaning: It sends signals to the injectors through the pulse signal line, using the cleaning fluid with the ultrasonic vibration so as to completely remove the carbon and impurities inside the injectors.
- Idle Speed Test (0-20ms): Simulate the engine idling speed and test the state of the fuel injector.
- Medium Speed Test (0-7.5ms): simulate the engine running at medium speed and test the state of the fuel injector.
- High-Speed Test (0-4ms): Simulate the high-speed performance of the engine and test the state of the fuel injector.
- Acceleration Test: Simulate the acceleration state of the car and test the performance of the fuel injector.
- Shift Speed Test: Simulate the shifting state of the car and test the working performance of the fuel injector.
- Leakage Test: Test the sealing condition of the fuel injector.
- Idle Dpeed Sprayability Test: Simulate the engine idling state and test the spraying performance of the fuel injector.
- Medium Speed Sprayability Test: Simulate the engine medium-speed state and test the spraying performance of the fuel injector.
- High-Speed Sprayability Test: Simulate the high-speed state of the engine and test the spraying performance of the fuel injector.
- Reverse Flush: Reverse flush is a way to clean the injectors with the test liquid flowing from the outlet to the inlet of the injector. Reverse flush may remove the dirt inside the injector or the injector Strainer (Only for the top fuel supply injector).
- No-Disassembly Cleaning: Direct cleaning without disassembling the injectors, this function is an additional function, which requires special adapters.

OPERATION STEPS
- Ultrasonic Cleaning:
- Step 1: Pour in the detergent andplace the fuel injector inthe ultrasonic cleaner.
- Step 2: Connect the pulse signal wire &.select the ultrasonic cleaningfunction to start working.
- Fuel Injector Testing:
- Step 1: Pour in the test liquid, install theuel injector to the fuel distributorand fix it to the main unit by bolts.
- Step 2: Test if the fuelinjector iseaking or blocked underdifferent functions.
- How to Work ?
- Clean injector's outside with gasoline or cleaning liquid before open machine
- Putting injectors in ultrasonic bathtub after the outside of injector are free of dirt.
- Turn on ultrasonic system，pulsed allowing the ultrasonic energy to dislodge any particles even build-up inside the injectors.
- Fixed injectors on main machine.
- Testing injectors for resistance, shorts, and current draw.
- Performing leak test, spray pattern, and flow rate testing on flow bench.
- The injectors are now returned to the flow bench for retesting of all functions.

I bought this tester 95% expecting to immediately return some garbage piece of junk. Imagine my surprise when it showed up and is pretty decent all around.Does the job, and is easy to use. My only gripe would be the metric fittings which are a little bit had to get if you want to modify it all. Other than that, good stuff!

What's kind of happy when I receive this product but after using Amazon should sell this ,the cylinders are not precise the pump cant flow medium size injectors 500 CC's not compatible with low Z injectors Only able to handle 2 injectors at a time for ultrasonic cleaning

Soy de Venezuela, recibí hace poco el equipo y cuando lo encendí para usar, mi sorpresa fue que no encendía ninguna función de trabajo. Mi sorpresa es que internamente, el circuito electrónico estaba armado con piezas extraídas de otros equipos y rearmada para funcionar. Como reclamo garantía ya estando en otro país? Imposible... Perdí mi inversión de 410$. Gracias y Amazon alerta con sus clientes.

Only works 2 times, bad assembly second time the machine started to leaking tester fluid, third time try to do tester functions and doesnt work turns on and of by itself, now it is damaged, amazon sistem dont let me start a claim, sent an email one week ago to autool customer service trying to find a solution didnt get and answer... looks like i lost my money

Thought I would give this product a try. I own and operate a automotive repair shop specializing in repairing older Toyota vehicles. We repair, rebuild and install several engines per month and use the CT-150 to test the fuel injectors as part of the engine re-installation procedure not for use to re-furbish injectors.
