Started deadlifting 225lbs and was having a hard time gripping the barbell. This chalk significantly improved my functionality; it's easy to tuck away and store in your bag, and it keeps my hands dry during those intense workouts! Recently PRed at 275lbs, thanks to this chalk!

This is maybe the best bag and chalk I have had. It’s not super messy the ball is firm compared to a normal one. The chalk is perfect for gripping a disc.

It's essentially a sock that you twist and fold over itself. This ends up with having two layers that the chalk has to get through, which makes it quite hard to get enough chalk on your hands.Since you have to fold it over itself, it isn't as convenient as chalk balls that have a drawstring, and you end up losing a lot of chalk when you try to fill it as there is chalk trapped between the two layers when you unfold it to refill.Save your money and just buy the regular chalk ball, I wish I did.

L'ho comprato per allenarmi a casa durante la chiusura delle palestre. Sporca molto meno che la magnesite in polvere o in blocco.
