Very handy to have a measuring spoon for the exact amount of yeast as in a packet so I can buy yeast in bulk and don't have to wonder how much yeast to use when the recipe calls for a packet.

It works good, its simple to use and after you get your egg opened up, just pouring it into the separator will get it done

The straining holes are actually a tad small, it takes a while for yolks to drain, but otherwise it's great. The curved lip holds onto a bowl or cup nicely

I don't mind measuring the amount of yeast I need, but if someone is helping me, it just makes it easier for them not to have to second guess. It's a lot quicker for me as well now.
