I was looking for a smaller tart pan. I own a 10" and 12" which are sometimes too big. Perfect size for a quick quiche or sweet tart for two. Most recipes call for the larger sizes so I can easily cut them in half. Clean up is simple. Quality is sturdy.

Purchased this tart pan to make a dessert tart and it worked wonderfully. The pan is easy to clean and very durable. Definitely recommend. 💯

bought straight from A and have no issues (no rusting/discoloration/etc) with them as of yet.i ordered these to make keto biscuits that wouldn’t end up on flat sandwich side (the batter tends to spread after they heat up sometimes), these did the trick, my biscuits now come out looking like actual biscuits.. They also do not stick to these at all and i noticed their bottoms doesn’t brown as fast as when they are straight on a cookie sheet so my biscuits aren’t crunchy on bottoms.. putting these straight on rack or in cookie sheet doesn’t seem to affect how they come out enough to matter (just a slightly less golden biscuit bottom when put on cookie sheet).

This was another impulse buy after binge watching too many episodes of the Great British Baking Show. I've yet to use it but it seems to be well made.

I am really happy with these pans that are exactly like those my French mother used in France when I was little. They are the right size for one person and the removable bottom is so useful. My tarts are a hit each time I use these pans. Yes, they do rust, but just handwash them and dry them right away. No problem. Would by again and I recommend them.

I haven't used them for tarts, but for mini cakes for my son instead. They bake well, but are really hard to clean. Also, mine started showing signs of rust after one use. I did not soak them; I hand washed them. But I love that the bottoms come out. No more scraping to get them out.

Before purchasing this pan I read most of the reviews for the available tart pans with removable bottoms. There were several complaints about tin-over-steel items rusting. I decided that, for the price, it was completely worth the risk and gave it a shot. When I received the pan I washed it in warm, soapy water to remove any machine oil that might be left. I immediately dried it and then left it on end in the dish drainer so it conuld finish air drying any crevices I may have missed. No rust. The pan works great. The tarts come out great. There are no sharp edges or rough spots to cut myself. I'm very pleased with this product and would highly recommend it to anyone.
