Non la lascio più! È perfetta. Cuoce torte salate senza attaccare, ha una dimensione super per una famiglia normale di 4 persone. Diffonde il calore in modo uniforme e il colore è stupendo

One of our YouTube cooking channels recently did a quiche episode. It had shallots, leeks, and mushroom and we need a top-rated flan. Well we bought this and It came out perfect All of our ceramic cookware in will be Emile Henry going forward.

Die erste Form kam leider dreiteilig an weil sie mit 2 großen Töpfen lose im Karton geliefert wurde. Die Ersatzlieferung kam unversehrt an.. Bin sehr zufrieden.

Plat à tarte de 24 cm de diamètre. Idéal pour 2-3 personnes.Les bords sont hauts permettant de faire des quiches épaisses.La céramique est idéale pour obtenir une cuisson à cœur de la tarte.Les aliments n’attachent pas, ce qui facilite grandement l’entretien du plat (un coup d’éponge suffit).

I unfortunately did not like this dish- the Color was highly misleading. Ordered a blue but what arrived looked black..
