I bought these on March 14th and put roughly 350 miles of trail riding on them up to April 25th. They fit true to size and right out of the box they were awesome.On April 25th I found that the soles had snapped on both shoes just fwd of the cleat mounts. Still waiting after four days to recieve any meaningful words from Fox. It seems like there is a design problem with these.For what it's worth I've snapped the soles in every pair of specialized 2fo shoes but it usually takes me a year and thousands of miles. I thought I'd try these and I'm not happy I did so. I'm sure they will eventually get replaced but I see this cycle repeating itself unless they fix the problem in the shank of the shoe.

I have done a few rides in these and can't say they are any better than my current shoes (Specialized 2Fo Roost Clip).The forefoot doesn't have any give in the 6th toe area and after an hour or two just isn't comfortable. Even with the Boa very loose, there isn't a lot of forgiveness.Second, the heel area isn't as snug as I'd like. I found out of saddle climbs to slip a bit didn't keep the heel planted.Overall it looks great, but I can't say it's the 2Fo Roost killer that the Fox reviews say.
