All in all these are great pads, the D30 works like magic. Super thin and super tough!I'm 6'2" (about 188cm) and 140 lbs, so I'm a skinny dude but not crazy skeleton skinny. I was worried about sizing, but these fit like a glove! I could've probably got a medium, but I doubt it would've gripped and stayed up as good. Although if you are a similar height, but weigh more than 145 lbs i would get the mediums. I googled the size chart for these pads, I strongly recommend doing the same.The only bad thing is the mesh on the back is pretty thin. If yours are tight on you, I wouldn't bend my legs allll the way in a squat as you might split the fabric. Also I'd be careful pulling them on or off of a sweaty leg, and with how you dig your fingers in to pull it. I found folding the grippers out makes it slide on and off pretty easy, then I just flip them back in place.

Bought these hoping I wouldn't have to see how well they worked out but they came into play twice already. These guards fit great and don't creep down. They are remarkably cool, not bulky, and most importantly, they work. Good product.
