I have been traveling in an RV for last 4 years and then have two have had purchased bubble wrap here and there I thought this would be some good bubble wrap but it's not the best that I've had. I'm on the edge of whether to return it or not

Mine did not come as pictured on Amazon. Mine came folded. Where it was folded, those areas got squished and are mostly flat. The material is easy to cut and the little disks are handy to place it with. The appearance is consistent with what I expected. The thickness is okay. I bought this for my basement windows. When we had 3 weeks of sub zero temps in January, I checked my old basement windows to see how they were doing. There was a solid inch of ice on the inside of every basement window. That’s why I am trying to improve the insulation factor. So far, I have about half of them covered but I will get it finished before winter. I will have plenty of material to insulate other things with when I am done.

Placed this in my east-facing window on first 100 degree day and felt a measurable and instant reduction in heat. The material is not too flimsy, easy to work with, and is staying in the window on its own {I can do this with my recessed style of window since the insulation roll is larger than the window and can be pressed in]. Notably, light can still enter, though very diffused. I like this because I can still see if the sun is still up. I plan to buy another roll of this for the West facing window and the house should stay cool at least until our nights are no longer cool, and then just put less strain on the AC. If you wish to save on cooling costs, I do recommend this.

Works well. Could feel the heat difference after I got pieces set up on my vehicle windows, kept light and heat out and it survived 3 nights of drunken ren fair setting up and taking down. Velcro pieces work perfect for it as well.

I have two windows that get direct sun most of the day. Incorporating the reflective insulation with the window coverings cuts the heat conduction by at least one third. Cut to fit it’s not noticeable inside and is easily removed and stored over the winter when that solar input is appreciated.

My RV came with some fancy magnetic sun shields that began to get scorched in the sun, and started to develop a burning smell that made me wonder if they might not actually melt or ignite at some point.Custom RV window covers, especially for a Class C cab, are more costly than I was in the mood for, and the fancy covers were still a good weight & insulation, so I decided to see if I could modify them by covering the wondow-facing sides with this.It worked brilliantly, for a fraction of the price I would've paid for replacements, and has continued to work for nearly a year

I own a Toyhauler with a back garage. It has 3 windows that came with black out covers. The covers even in low outside heat get really hot to the touch and make the garage area (which also doubles as a bedroom with bunkbeds) very warm. I purchased the reflective Insolation roll to place under the black out cover. It took about 4 minutes to install. I cut the reflective roll to fit over my window and about 1.5 inches overlapping the outer edges of the window. I used the included velcro dots, so removing the reflective roll would be easy if I needed too. After installing the reflective roll and replacing the black out cover it was AMAZING what a difference in the cover and room temperature. The reflective roll material is just the right thickness, easy to cut and the velcro dots are very sticky and stay in place. I am happy with this purchase and would recommend.
