Your cart is empty.The Fowler 52-243-212-1 Inside Micrometer has a 2-12" measuring range which consists of an inside micrometer head and a series of fully hardened and lapped extension rods of different lengths with carbide measuring faces. The coiled spring pressure contact type rods are each marked with appropriate length. It is recommended that the inside micrometer with a rod be calibrated by a micrometer or ring gage. The anvil and spindle are hardened and precision ground with microlap finish on ends. Fowler, an American company, manufactures premium inspection and measuring instruments like electronic indicators, calipers, bore gages, and micrometers. The company, founded in 1946, is headquartered in Canton, MA.

This is a nice tool. I don’t recommend it for trying to measure counter bores less than 1/2 deep as it is a thick tool
