I have sinus problems and they are helped when I elevate my head at night to sleep better, and longer with out being woken up. Usually I will stack a few pillows to get me in a ramped position. Problem is during the night I end up either sliding off, pushing the pillows around waking up with a neck or back ache, shoulder pain etc.. with the wedge i just put my pillow at the top, and I get great elevation. The wedge does not move around and since it is made of closed cell foam my shoulder pain is greatly reduced. It also form fits so even if I sleep on my sides I am supported. If you don't use a pillow with it, I suggest you try a tiny throw pillow to support your neck. If your a back sleeper the wedge is awesome, it doesn't slide around, your head and shoulders are supported, and it is really comfortable. It gives you good elevation, and since it is a single pillow device it is so easy to use, again no waking up to pillows all over the place. I have only had it a short time but it seems to be a quality build with a case that seems to have good stiching, and is removable for washing. For $30 for the 7.5" version it is one of the more affordable options. It does what I need it to do: elevate my head, and not move all over the place thru the night, and easy to just stand it up behind my pillow when it is time to make the bed. I would say pretty simple to use, and it is again very comfortable.

Overall a good wedge pillow. The material is very firm which can provide support to your back. But the size is a little bit too big. I wish there could be smaller size.

Stinks at first but pretty comfortable, the correct firmness for me but it might be too much for some people. I am 5'9.5" and it is long enough for me but if you have very wide shoulders you might want to try to find and extra wide pillow.

great pillow, usefull for those who like to read in bed but can't find a proper way to sit without huge strains on your back, it is kinda big tbh. but it is comfy but it maybe a little bit to soft for some people.

I got this due to GERD and to replace my 10" wedge pillow. It's a little softer and more comfortable than my other wedge pillow, and I love the pockets on the side. Stains came off easily in the laundry. It was a little tough to stuff the pillow back in, but after a couple minutes I managed it. I'm a side sleeper, but as long as I put a regular pillow on it, I can still sleep comfortably on the lower half, which is perfect.

I bought the wedge for my husband he had a knee replacement. It was perfect to keep his leg elevated and can accommodate both legs. Nice soft material. We did not notice any odor as stated in previous reviews.

This wedge is more comfortable than my old Nova wedge. It has a top layer of memory foam which adds a plushness to it. It's still supportive and raises you up 12 inches.Tip: put your fitted sheet over it when you first put it on your bed. It will stay in place because it's under the fitted sheet. You do have to smooth the bed every day, but no big deal.It takes a good day or so to fully inflated. I didn't mind the smell like others did. The cover is washable which is great in case you get something on it.I used another brand after surgery and now use this one for reflux. This one is better. Not as firm, but far more comfortable.

There are many things I like about this pillow. The carry handle, the side pockets, the firmness, and the fact that it can be set upright and used as a back rest.As a wedge pillow, however, it fell a bit short by being too tall. I need good back support, especially when I sleep. This pillow was at an angle that my back just couldn't take.Things I tried:1. Pillow by itself-supporting my back from the waist up-supporting my back from the shoulder blades up-supporting just my neck and the tips of my shoulders like a regular pillow2. Pillow with other pillows-this pillow plus my regular pillow under my head-this pillow with another pillow to prop my bum and keep me from slipping off the wedge-this pillow with other pillows stacked behind it so my head was parallel to the bed-this pillow with a smaller pillow next to my head to support side sleeping when I roll3. This pillow with a blanket "halo" so I could roll to my side and still have head supportThe only thing this pillow does well is turning my bed into a comfortable place to sit up. It also holds my sleeping mask in a convenient place for me to reach it. As a wedge pillow, I can't use it, because it causes pain in my middle back. To be fair, my back is especially sensitive when it comes to my sleeping surface. But it just didn't work for me in the end.
