I struggled to get my RV in my back yard. The 360 makes the job EZ and takes the battle to a minimal task.

Works great on the concrete shop floor, being able to put in a neutral position to move the dolly is nice saves on the battery.A bit pricey but works well thus far.

After every fun adventure we come back home only to stress out when parking our 25' travel trailer. Now with our parkit 360, no more frustration and ruined lawn. They're pricey, but it's saved our sanity, time and no more stressing out about parking the "beast" when we get home. If you're really tight with space manuverability, this is a game changer! BTW, great quality.

This is the single worst purchase I’ve ever made. I purchased the 10kdolly, via financing, for a 7000lb travel trailer. This thing worked well maybe once in 6 months I owned it. First time using it the relay for reverse wasn’t working. Emailed support, after taking the thing apart to send pictures and video of the recommended troubleshooting, they finally sent me a new relay panel. After rebuilding my brand new $2500 dolly, it worked fine for to move my trailer 10 ft. Next up the motor gave out, I again emailed support. This time they shipped me a new motor, different than the original. It didn’t come with the mounting holes in the same place, nor did it come with the mounting bolts. Trip to Lowe’s, installed motor. The next time I used it the motor caught fire! I had enough of this junk. It will live where it belongs, at the dump.I never write reviews but maybe I can help save someone the trouble I went through. Save yourself the money or put it in a pile and burn it, you’d get less frustration that way.

Great tool for my trailer. Easy to hook up. I used to have a hand crank dolly. This saves my arm since I have a 75 foot narrow driveway. Easy to use. Battery life is good.

This dolly is VERY heavy to say the least! One person CAN NOT lift or unload it! Its two wheel design make it very difficult to move a trailer. We purchased it to move a 21ft. bass boat on a tandem axel trailer. the total weight of boat and trailer is 4100 lbs. so we purchased the 10,000 lb. dolly. Lifting the dolly handle to enable the wheels to turn is like lifting the entire trailer from the tongue! Then you have to keep it up while the trailer is moving. Spinning the trailer around is back-breaking! The design of this dolly begs to question why there isn't a third while to absorb the weight of the trailer when operating. Or perhaps an optional third while kit. We are deciding today whether to return it (which will be a task in itself due to its incredible weight) or fabricate a third wheel to make it more user friendly. If you are not young, healthy and VERY strong, this dolly is NOT for you!

Once I followed directions it worked perfect and as advertised . I must admit I fumbled at first and results were not great .But I am here to tell you once you tighten up the ball to the trailer it works as intended .

Works great. I have a 25’ apex TT. Weighs about 5000 lb. moves it pretty easily even on the slight slip of my driveway.Would have given it 5 stars except for three issues. It looses traction in the gravel along the edge of my driveway. I bought the one with the larger tires because it said it would work in gravel. Don’t expect it to work in gravel. The second issue is: the second time I used it it stoped moving . It would just sit there making a loud clicking noise. I called customer support and they said it was probably stripped gears in the motor. The could send on out and it would be there the middle of next week. I told him my trailer was stuck sideways blocking my driveway so he told me to try adjusting g the chain and he would email me a video to show me how. I didn’t receive the video and when I called back they were closed for the day. I was able to take it apart and adjust the chain without the video and it has been working great ever since. The last issue is that it is expensive for what it is. But there aren’t many alternatives, I have a long narrow driveway and no way to turn it around with my truck.
