Bought it last year that suddenly screen black out. Send email to the company, they fixed my issue within short mount of days. Good customer service. Highly recommend.

So I got my radio and installed it a week later was very easy to install and over all was working great up until 3 weeks ago I parked the car one night it worked great next morning no sound I was told by an audio place the out put was blown and was very typical for these radio. I’ve sent this seller emails and nothing I’ve email Podofo directly and still nothing. I had the radio about 3 months. DONT BUY THESE you will get no help and no reply’s and therefore you get ripped off!!!

Sent in a request for tech support on my newly installed touch screen Car Sterio. Worked well except the back up camera was on a wrong format and not displaying properly.Mia quickly sent me the information we needed and it fixed the glitch immediately. Easy to install, works and looks good the only two bads this is that the camera just worked once and the android auto conected by Bluetooth is not good sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn'tUpdateThe costumer service contacted me to help whit the problem, after some tests we could find that the camera was burned out and I received a parcial refund, thanks Mia for the help.

Lo que me gustó es que funciona muy bien el producto (radio 2gb ram 32 rom), la instalación es muy sencilla y queda funcionando con mandos de volante.Lo que no me gustó fue el soporte del radio ya que por el tamaño de 10" se ve muy tosco, otra cosa es que el color es muy plateado y se nota la diferencia entre la parte antigua y la nueva (no es por qué sea nueva solo es de otro color) además desde un principio note que la pantalla estaba un poco despegada de una esquina pero en 10 días de uso bastante moderado empezó a desprenderse un poco más (hasta la mitad vertical y la mitad horizontal), nunca pude obtener soporte por parte del vendedor aunque mandé la información que me solicitó, en resumen si no eres muy quisquilloso es un buen producto, yo por mi lado lo devolví y voy a comprar el soporte para radio de 7" y el radio por separados para que parezca más original

Es un excelente accesorio para poner a la vanguardia al Civic en este caso al modelo 2007.No es tan complicado instalarlo , sólo se debe tener paciencia y precaución para no romper nada.La conexión y la.pantalla son claros.

I already installed it to my 2007 Honda civic,I completed all the wirings ,I double check the wiring connection for my rear camera base on the drawing,but when I put my gear to reverse my monitor only turn black my camera is not working,i check the settings but there is no option for camera,can anybody help me please?????!!!!!

---Updated 1/31/23---Worked with Podofo support and while they couldn't correct the problem they did make it right with me. I don't know if I got a bad unit or what, but I can 100% recommend the company as they stand behind their product.I was able to narrow down the source of the problem, so if you experience this, here is what I found.The battery problem is caused (in my case) by the radio failing to go into sleep mode when the car is turned off. All it does is turn off the backlight. Not a problem if you use your car a lot, but my son only uses it twice a day - going to school and back home. With the android system running full speed, even if there is no backlight, it would last about 3-4 hours before draining the battery to the point there wasn't enough voltage for the starter to work.There are multiple work arounds for this, none of them great. What my son ended up doing is setting the radio to shut down instead of sleep when the car is turned off. To do this, go into factory settings (password 8888) and then into engineering test (password 26959910) and set the radio to "direct shutdown".What sucks about this is the radio takes about 2 minutes to boot, so you won't have your backup camera or anything for that duration.You could also just be cognizant of the radio staying on and make sure when you turn the car off, verify the radio goes to sleep (you'll see the screen, very dim if you look) and if it doesn't shut it off.Lastly, purchase a battery that has considerably more Amp hours.---Original review 1/12/23---Purchased this for my 16 year old son, easy install, nice looking high clarity screen, backup camera is good (although it doesn't show the backup guide lines as shown in the pictures). I did notice that the radio volume is bizarre, at volume zero it's muted, but volume 1 (out of 20?) it's very loud. No quite volume there. But android auto and bluetooth audio volume is okay.After about a week, the car would no longer start, I had to get a jump start on it, engine would not crank at all, just heard the starter click on the car. Checked the voltage on the battery, and it was at 14v, so should have at least made the attempt to turn over.Contacted customer support, will update this review in a few weeks regardless of the outcome.
