First 2 times I used it, I would have given it 5 stars. The 3rd time I used it, it stopped working while I was in the middle of chopping some cooked diced chicken. Turns out it was a waste of my money.

Loss power after grinding meat. After 30 minutes of cool down it worked again. This time, seems like the motor is giving out. Junk

I came across this processor and decided that it may be very handy, as I already have a compact one and occasionally need a larger one. Especially I liked the fact that it has two bowls and two knives. (It also has a plastic attachment that is supposed to act as a whisk. Haven't had a chance to try it out yet.)The sizes of the bowls are decent. The glass one is nice and heavy, the stainless steel one is kind of cheap-looking, though - thin and lightweight. The lid is plastic, one lid for both bowls (I would prefer to have two), and it doesn't tightly fit either bowl. You just put it on top. A silicon non-skid ring and rims on the handles keep the lid from slipping off the bowls. The rings to keep the bowls from slipping on the table came creased in a few places, but after washing, drying and putting on the bowls they start to reshape.A light assembly required out of the box: you need to screw the axes for blades into the bowls. You might need your own Philips screwdriver to tighten the bolts. The flat-head bolt is for the metal bowl, the round-head is for the glass one.The motor is only 300 W, not very powerful, and the blades of the knives are flexible, so the manual doesn't recommend chopping ice and hard ingredients, like whole spices. But the knives have four super-sharp blades each, and they do a decent job on the ingredients you are allowed to process. I didn't need to chop meat yet, but I processed some stale bread into bread crumbs and very finely (not into a paste, though) chopped a big batch of onions with celery and garlic for a sauce, and it all came out just right. The blades are extremely sharp, so be very careful when cleaning and handling them.I would recommend this as a decent and useful appliance for the price ($30 at the time of this review).

I've had my eye on food processors for quite some time. A food processor is something I thought I could use, but I was also skeptical because I just didn't feel that food processors could work properly. I thought that they wouldn't be powerful enough or that they'd turn the vegetables to mush. Luckily, this device has proved me wrong and is a welcome addition to my arsenal of kitchen gadgets and tools now!The food processor handled every item I threw its way well. With this food processor, you're in charge of how it slices, dices, and chops by controlling the frequency of the cuts and the speed mode the processor is in. So far, I've used it to chop cucumbers, onions, and tomatoes. I was most skeptical about the tomatoes because they are the most delicate vegetable out of the three, but the processor handled them just fine. They didn't puree into a liquid paste, though that option is available with this processor if that's what you're looking to do in order to make a sauce or need to chop fresh ingredients for a soup.I haven't tried to chop or grind meat with the processor yet, but that's on my list to try out in the future. I'm also curious to see how it would handle cheese, so I'll be attempting that in the near future, too. Fingers crossed that it will do the job with items like that as well as it handled the vegetables!A+ product, five out of five stars.
