Inexpensive small batch dehydrator. We used it for test batches of jerky. It dehyrated through. Runs quietly. Easy to clean. Minimal counter space and stores away easily.

I am so impressed with this dehydrator. My son loves dehydrated food but I hate spending all the money for the store bought kind when I can easily do it at home. I love how small this unit is, but can still fit so much food in it. It has easy stacking trays that can be flipped over for added height if needed. It includes a pamphlet that is super user friendly and explains how to use and clean the unit well. So far I have dehydrated bananas, strawberries, apples, and blueberries and all turned out really well. I love that I can easily clean this and its easy to store as it's so compact. This is perfect if you want to dehydrate a good amount of food but don't want a huge unit that takes up a ton of countertop space. Can't recommend enough!

This food dehydrator is on the smaller side, but it’s still a great option for dehydrating smaller batches of food. The 5 BPA-free drying racks provide plenty of space for things like fruit, herbs, jerky, and veggies without taking up too much counter space. The temperature settings go up to 158°F, which is ideal for a variety of foods, and the 280W power ensures even drying. It’s lightweight and easy to store, making it a great choice for those who don’t need a massive dehydrator.I can’t wait to use it soon! If you're looking for a compact and efficient dehydrator for home use, this is a great option!

I do not like how compact this dehydrator is, I am the kind of human that if I am going to haul out the dehydrator and wash, prep, and cut all the food......its going to be worth it. I need a large capacity dehydrator for that reason. However, if you need a small unit this it the one for you – it doesn’t take up much space, making storage easy when it's not in use. The multiple layers are great, to increase the capacity. While I haven't used it enough to fully test its power yet, I’m excited to see how it performs during harvest season.I’ve found it easy to use with removable trays for quick cleanup. It's perfect for smaller jobs, like making jerky or fruit leathers. However, there is a bit of a learning curve with the temperature settings, as the dial doesn't show exact temperatures, so I had to guess. I did have an issue with some of the food rehydrating after being stored, so it’s important to make sure everything is fully dried.Overall, it works well for smaller batches and is very convenient for storage. But for me I need a bigger machine.

This is a small compact dehydrator, so it doesn't take up a lot of room when not in use, which is a plus. It has many layers so you can dry quite a lot of things at the same time. I'm not sure about how well it works, as I was planning ahead in my purchase and it is not the right time of year to be dehydrating. So I can't comment on it's power and how long it takes to work. I can update this review in about 6 months when the harvest season is underway.

Compact size makes it convenient to store. Made some pretty fantastic jerky. It’s a simple design but effective. Plenty of vertical space. This is my 3rd dehydrator over decades and it’s smaller than other ones I’ve had. Smaller means smaller batches but storage is significantly easier. Not a single thing wrong with it.

I was very excited to receive this, specifically so I could make healthy, whole food treats for my pets. It has 5 clear inner racks and a base with temp control. There in lies the learning curve. The temps are 113, 126, 140, 149, 158. Within the booklet it gives a list of ideas for dehydration of fruits and veggies with times and temps but you have to figure out the in between temps. I tried apples and sweet potatoes and they felt done but after putting them into a baggy, they actually rehydrated some so be sure you leave things in for the right amount of time. There are many great recipes online as well. Definitely worth the price.
