For small jobs such as pruning branches or even rough-cutting small boards, this saw works well. Equally important, I have not a encountered any durability issues.

I ordered this folding saw as a “nice to have, just in case”. Well as luck would have it I needed three days after it arrived. I used it to cut some hard to access tree roots that were messing up my lawn sprinkler lines. It worked spectacularly well. It ripped through the 1-2” roots like butter. Nice!The only slight ding might be that the blade is just a touch too thin (imo) making the blade very flexible so you have to saw carefully or you could bend the blade. Overall though, it’s a winner.

Worked great for taking down some smaller sucker growth branches. Not sure how well it would hold up to bigger branches, but I mostly wanted this for smaller limbs so no issues yet. Blade does seem a tad flimsy, so I could see it causing issues if you're careless and bend it too far. Locking mechanism seems to work as expected.edit: I used this to clean up a fairly large limb that came down. It easily cut through the 2-3" diameter branches and made quick work of cleaning it up.
