I guess I should have broke out a tape measure and verified true size, but even the listing is generous on the size. Seat height is no more than 10" off the ground and actually less when trying to sit on it. The seat surface is ridiculously small also and a good chance it could insert itself into your nether region! Would only recommend purchasing if your using it for a stuffed animal display. Unusable by actual humans.

This was perfect for me to carry in my child's baseball backpack so I can either rest my back or more easily pitch to him. It's perfect for me at 144 lbs. However, it didn't appear sturdy enough to support my husband, at around 215 lbs. He didn't want to put his full weight on it because it seemed like it might break.

Tampon seat. Ridiculously small. No way that guy in the photo got has but to straddle this. Suitable for a Barbie doll or foot stool for a 4 year old.

This too small to be be used as a seat. I sat on it for only a few minutes and I was hurting. It pushes against my hip. Just useless.The pictures are misleading. They should have put it next something more recognizable, like a pencil.
