The velvet straps are incredibly soft on my hands—no pinching or discomfort even during longer workouts. The springs feel smooth and offer good resistance. Everything glides well, and I can feel my body engaging without joint strain. Definitely designed with comfort in mind.

I was specifically looking for a reformer that sits higher off the ground. Most of the foldable ones I found were too low and uncomfortable for certain moves. After reading other buyers’ reviews, I gave this one a try—and I’m glad I did!
