This is not an easily foldable item. You have to disassemble most parts, and then take off the wheels to, so you can keep it standing up. I could, therefore, not use it where I wanted to, because that's totally impractical. The directions are useless, but the video is a little helpful. The company is great to work with, and followed up immediately on any issues, which says a lot about them.
