This item does not inclue the smartphone rig or light as advertised. I sent it back in hopes that this was an error, but they again sent only the microphone without the smartphone rig and light. Do not purchase!

For the price, this rig is a really good way to help getting into volging or making other content. The light is decent, but could be better, and the mic is surprisingly good. The rig itself feels a bit flimsy, but at this price point, it's to be expected. It does the jobs and holds your phone where you need it.

The product itself is good, the led light unit is of a very poor value, but the mic and the rig are good.The problem is in the Merchant practice as usual with AMAZON the boxes are open and the mic shock mount is missing so I am returning it and black listing the Merchant

I purchased this unit with the hopes that it could hold my Samsung Note 20 Ultra with the Otterbox. No other mount could hold this monster. This cage does it and has mounting tabs for accessories such as lighting, microphones and whatever else you want to add to your rig. Worth the money...

I liked the fact that it works for smartphone filming, but I highly, highly disliked the fact that the clamp that holds the phone is plastic... It doesn’t hold my phone properly and I know it will sooner than later slide off and shatter my phone. I am honestly dissatisfied with it because of it... Returning the product today.

It’s ok. Helps to reduce the shaky movements when taking a video. Light plastic material and the mic doesn’t work very well. The batteries in the light gm should be rechargeable if you plan to use it a lot. They drain then pretty fast.

Really like this product. Mic works great! The light is okay but the videos I shoot it’s not bright enough but if you’re indoors it will be enough. good if you’re trying to start up a YouTube channel or just want good home videos

I purchased this item for my 11 year old son. He loves to make videos for youtube, and TikTok. It was easy to use and set up ( an 11 year old can do it) just a note if you have a iPhone without a 3mm jack input you need to buy the special attachment to plug in the light port! It’s a great starter piece if into making videos!

I think it's a great package overall. Basically a complete video rig. I've seen other ones that have a built in wide angle lens. Or atleast looked like it was built in. But that's not not an issue. I like the 3 shoe mounts. Plus you got the screw holes on the top corners so you can add more stuff if need be. You need to have/ get a camera screw converter screw kit to do that. Anyway the only thing I would change about this rig is the bottom phone mount slot.. my phone doesn't fit with having a pretty basic case on. I have a Samsung Galaxy J7 star. If the bottom slot was a little wider this would be perfect. I'm not docking points for that. Most phone mounts and rigs are for phones without a case on them.
