One of the bulbs was broken when I got it. I didn't notice any damage on the shrink wrapped package or the shipping container, but I was not looking for that. I can't be sure if the damage occurred in transit or is related to manufacturing.The other bulb works and emits the daylight spectrum I am looking for. I had to wiggle it a bit after putting it in my lamp to get it to light. Once the bulb stopped shining for a few minutes, the started again all by itself. I thought there was a blackout, but it was the only thing that went out. That has not happened again since I reseated the bulb.I am OK with the purchase, but when this bulb goes, I will probably try another brand.

I got this for my mom to replace one that burnt out. It is a very bright light with a great color for most activities. An 80 year old was able to put it in without any issues so ease of installation is great. This came with two bulbs so it is a good value. Giving four stars because it only has one brightness setting.

I can't seem to find these bulbs except on line and they fit very well into my desk light in my office. Thankful to have found them.
