This boa looks great around the shoulder or used as a trimming for evening wear, prom dresses, costumes, hat pieces and theatrical events. We only use the best quality feathers, hand sewn and perfectly dyed to vibrant colors. After you receive the boas, please pull them out of the PVC bag(s), preferably outdoors, in order to get rid of debris formed during processing and shipping. The boas should be hung for 48 to 72 hours before use. The longer you hang them up, the better they will look. Feather boas are also washable. Clean the boas by hand washing in warm water and soap. Rinse off the soap with cold water. Then, wipe off the boas with a towel or paper towels. After removing most of the excess water, use a blow dryer to finish drying the boas and maintain their fluffiness. All of our feather products have been professionally cleaned, steamed, and sanitized. Let's just say this thing sheds more than my pets. Lol. Seriously, I had feathers flying around everywhere - like a feather explosion wherever I went. Feather Confetti. This is the main reason for low rating. And let's not forget about the comfort level, or should I say discomfort. It was hot and super itchy. But that's to be expected with all boas. For that, I gave it 3 stars - not the sellers fault. On the positive side, I thought it filled out nicely and looked cute on.

I bought 4 of these and used them for Garland for my Christmas tree. Wow! What a gorgeous addition it made.

Do not open this near a fan! I have feathers all over my apartment. So annoyed. Working on craft and it’s just falling apart. I purchased a different brand. So sick of cheap items

When it arrives it is very fluffy (I ordered the red one). I haven’t worn it yet but I am wearing it for a concert and I’m having high hopes for it. Yes, it does leave a little bit of feathers when you pick it up but that happpens to every boa so don’t worry! Edit: It’s amazing! Does leave feathers and it did not leave color on my white cardigan! I wore it to a Harry styles concert and it looked amazing! You should buy it guys!
