Strong and durable all-aluminium construction, large arbor design for fast line retrieval.

Rugged disc drag to put the pressure on the fish. One way bearing for quick and easy left to right retrieval.

Right and left handed can be retrieved.

1. Detach the spool from the reel frame.

2. You will then find a white shielded bearing under a spring clip in the centre of the spool.

3. Remove the spring clip and the shielded bearing.

4. Turn the shielded bearing over and push it back onto the spindle.

5. Replace the spring clip.

6. Done.

I’m new to fly fishing but this seems like a pretty dang good reel. Put together nicely in hand, balances good and I’m really liking it so far. Haven’t had a fish on it yet but hopefully soon. Nice quality

I am not a good fly fisherman but this works exactly as I expected. I am hoping to get better and this will hopefully help. Very smooth and easy to use. I cannot compare it to the really nice super expensive ones because I haven't used them but this is a very good quality reel.

Fly reels dont really do anything besides hole extra line. I have used this reel for a few months now. It works fine. I do feel that when backcasting and forward casting, the spool spins and reels up some line, so I am having to pull out line more frequently, but It does the job
