Showing wrong temperature, more sigference than accuracy shown in model. The specification mentioned in amamzon was false, shown 0.1, but actually is is 8:1. Poor performance. And overall no return even if product false information mentioned

The product's laser sighting is not working and we have raised the issue. But no solution is offered. Please do not buy the product online as warranty issues, product complaints are not addressed properly.

Bought this to use to read temperature on a heat press plate that I suspected was off. The fluke worked exactly like it was supposed to and confirmed my plate was between 20 and 30 degrees hotter than it should be. Saved me money instantly by not ruining shirts anymore.Unit feels solid and has a nice ergonomic design that fits comfortably in the hand.I was kind of hesitant to spend so much on a temp gun when you can get them way cheaper. But after using it a few times I am glad I spent the extra money. I had a cheaper one I use for a while before it failed and the Fluke was definitely an upgrade.

This Fluke is really easy to use, and is essential for roasting cacao beans to the perfect temperature for chocolate making! I've also used it to check my refrigerator and freezer internal temperatures to maximize my settings for perishables. My husband utilizes a variety of Fluke tools in his profession, and that helped me cross that "should I buy this?" threshold. I'm very glad I bought it, because my Easter chocolates were more flavorful than ever thanks to my Fluke ensuring I did not overcook the beans. If you're hesitating to purchase it for cooking, don't! You will not be sorry with this purchase, or how much easier it makes cooking with perfection.

This device is much more accurate than the old generic one that I bought at Costco a few years back. I don't have a lab to verify or calibrate its true accuracy, but especially for relative measurements, it's very useful. It's also a Fluke, and while they've had a few small missteps, generally if it's a Fluke, it's quality.

The is a very useful tool. The instructions are useless and it tries to do too much. They should just keep it simple and stop trying to complicate a pretty basic function.
