I bought this item for cleaning off the packed snow and ice on my deck. I was pleasantly surprised to see how well it worked. I liked the fact too that pulling it towards me would clean the loose snow with one sweep. I’m looking forward too seeing how well it works on weeds in my driveway and in the garden area

I used the shovel today to clear ice off my back porch and it worked great.Very easy to assemble and came with a protective cover for the blade to make things safe.

I really love using this tool to break and shovel ice from my deck, stairs, driveway and sidewalks. Mind you, this is a relatively lightweight tool, which is what I like about it. This is not like the heavy-duty, wooden-handled scrapers that have thick, heavy-duty steel blades that you may know of. If those were dump trucks, this is a pick-up. That type of scraper would cost about double what this type does. Since this is light and nimble, yet still quite strong and tough, it's much less tiring to use for me. I suppose its blade may not last as long as the heavier scrapers, and it may not take as many sharpenings, but using this is so much more convenient that I prefer it. This particular scraper is slightly more expensive than many other similar ones available, but I think the extra cost is worth it for its quality and the fact that it has a "step" on the shovel so if need be, you can really use it like a shovel by driving it with your foot. It's also great that the steel handle screws together in three sections so that you can convert it into a hand shovel or just break it down for transport or storage. I was concerned that the handle would not be sturdy enough since it is tubular, or that the sections wouldn't stay screwed together during use, but instead, it is very strong and dependable.

So far has worked great scraping plants off the concrete and chipping/scraping ice off of multiple different surfaces. So a great tool for summer and winter.

This is a well-needed tool for chipping away at the hardened snow/ice here in CO. Easy to put together it is long, and has a nice cover for the blade, this tool will be your savior for ice. Don't let the neighbors see, they may want you to help them. I can't wait to see what I can attack in the summer with this too.

Heavy and heavy duty. This scraper does a quick job on surface roots. Easily clean up your garden, bed for spring planting. It also can be used as an edger, ice, scraper, floor, scraper, and a tiller. The blade is strong and sharp. It has its own blade protector, but I cut a piece of rubber hose and half for a stronger protector to keep the sharpness. It all assembles easily by screwing the different pieces together.

This ice scraper is wonderful! It is really versatile, and can do more than scrape ice. You can use it for digging up leaf piles, snowfall, etc. For me, I really love it because I am short, a little over 5 ft. 3 inches, so I can actually reach high places easily. Well made and a must have for many uses!

We like that it can be adjusted for different sized people by adding or removing sections of the handle.It's very sharp, so be careful. I'd not let young people use it, as it's essentially a big razor blade on a little by handled stick.We are using it to remove the top layer of grass/sod where we are building a fire pit, and it's certainly making it easier.
