This portable charcoal grill delivers exceptional performance in a remarkably lightweight package that truly fits in my backpack for hiking and beach trips. The high-temperature materials handle intense heat surprisingly well, allowing me to achieve that perfect sear on steaks while the efficient design provides more consistent cooking than expected from such a compact unit. While the foldable design is genuinely convenient for transport, I found that assembly requires a bit of practice to master quickly, especially with the grate placement at the beginning. Despite this minor initial challenge, the grill's impressive heat retention, genuine portability, and easy post-cooking cleanup make it an excellent value for anyone who enjoys spontaneous outdoor cooking adventures.

One of the first things I noticed about the Floding grill is its sturdy construction. The grill is made of high-quality materials, including a durable powder-coated steel frame and a porcelain-enameled steel cooking grate. This combination of materials not only gives the grill a sleek, modern look but also ensures that it can withstand the elements and provide years of reliable use.The grill is also incredibly easy to set up and use. It comes partially assembled, so you only need to attach the legs and the charcoal tray. The legs are designed to fold in for easy transport, and the grill also comes with a convenient carrying handle. This makes it a breeze to take with you on camping trips or to bring to a friend's house for a backyard barbecue. But the real test of any grill is its performance, and the Floding Portable Charcoal Grill does not disappoint. The grill has a generous cooking surface of 13.7" x 10.6", which is large enough to cook for a small family or group of friends. The charcoal tray is adjustable, so you can control the heat and smoke for perfect grilling every time. I found that the grill heated up quickly and evenly, and it was easy to regulate the temperature by adjusting the charcoal tray. The porcelain-enameled steel cooking grate also made cleaning a breeze. Any residue or grease wiped off easily with a damp cloth, and the grate can also be removed for more thorough cleaning.

Perfect hurricane prep item or camping. It folds down very small for storage and can be carried around or packed to travel. We got it for hurricane preparedness since we are in the Florida Panhandle. It pops together pretty easy and folds back down easily. Take it out of the box and use in minutes. It definitely can be used for a variety of things, but for us it’s just in case.

Cute little picnic grill, sturdy and well made. Not heavy or awkward to carry at all. You couldeven just put a plastic bag full of charcoal in it when you start, to then empty into it when youuse it, and it wouldnt take up any room at all. I was gonna say, maybe it should have a lid, for whenyou are done...but it fits well into the original little cardboard box which is quite strong and firm so that should be OK and last a long time. :)

This portable charcoal grill is a simple, budget-friendly option, great for emergency use or casual outdoor grilling. It’s lightweight and easy to carry, making it ideal for camping or travel. However, I had to be careful while handling it due to its thin, sharp edges—handling with care is a must. What I Like:Lightweight & Portable: Easy to transport for camping and outdoor gatherings.Efficient Charcoal Heating: Cooks food quickly while retaining flavor.Multi-Purpose Use: Works well for grilling both meats and vegetables.Heat-Resistant Material: Sturdy enough to withstand high temperatures.Easy to Clean: Simple design makes cleanup hassle-free.Concerns:Sharp/Thin Edges: Requires careful handling to avoid cuts.Basic Build Quality: Functional but not the most durable or high-end option.Overall Feedback:For the price, this grill delivers a solid performance without any frills. It’s best suited for emergencies, occasional camping trips, or those looking for a lightweight and easy-to-use grill. Just be mindful of the edges when handling it!

This is a nice simple, easy to use grill. I only put coals over about 2/3 of the bottom so I can keep part for in direct heating. This is perfect for kabobs and other similar foods just by its easy to access open design. I had a gathering where I let friends just do their on kabobs to their liking, and everyone seemed happy to use it. It's pretty easy to clean up once finished. It packs up and carries easily, not taking up much space.

This portable grill is great for tailgating, picnic, or a weekend camping trip. Does what it should. The metal is thin, which reduces weight, but it isn’t going to last more than a few uses. Definitely not a long term investment

The idea is there, but when it comes to cooking with high heat or grilling; you just can't be cutting corners and this thing cut them all. Very cheaply made, the metal almost deformed immediately, does not function well at all, would be a good value for your money if it wasn't such a safety hazard. Easy to assemble, impossible to pack back up after it deforms. Size is great, material used is astonishingly bad.
