Great for protecting my scooter from water during the rain and fits well into the design and very versatile as an invention.Stability wise, it’s adequate, nothing incredible, appearance wise looks fine, nothing great. And performance, it works as intended.

Hard to get it to stay as tight as I would like it but works quite well at keeping the sun off me I use it on my rollator walker and am enjoying my walks with it
