I have found that this router guide flexes without cracking. It could be cut to size or used in the in the original length. Even though it could be forcibly cut it, the thickness makes it more durable when using with the router. It flexes so well that I can create a 5” diameter circle with the smooth edge on the exterior. If using it with the nails on the exterior of the shape I can coil it to create a circle approximately 2” in diameter. It comes with the screws to secure it in place. It flexes, but doesn’t hold shape unless fixed with the screws. Things to an advantage if you plan on using this for multiple projects with different shapes because it basically goes back to the original colored shape it was shipped in. The exterior is smooth and doesn’t create a lot of additional friction.
