Factory botches up a number of the collar slide thru section. Makes it useless.Crazy weather patterns have me trusting vet medication for protection even though i think it's not healthy

Putting collar on the pointy tip came off immediately. Thought no big deal and struggled pulling it together. Got in on. This morning I found it broken at point of inserting on my dining room floor. Product is too brittle. My dog is 14yrs + lives a sedentary life. I could understand it possibly happening with a puppy but those years are decade past. Disappointed in this product. I bought this because it was made in the USA.

This should not be used for any small breed dog. It made my girl lethargic & the smell to much for even me.
