The collars are not well made. Hard to insert the end into the "buckle". My dogs were able to scratch the collar off - it tore and we reapplied it with duct tape to keep it together. Fleas merrily jumping next to collar. Not well thought out.

I bought this product mainly to repel ticks which there are a lot of on the mountain of which we live. Alzoo works great but it lasts 3 weeks for the ointment..The flea and tick collar lasts for me not 4 months it lasts 2 1/2 months. YES I will still buy Alzoo there is Nothing toxic in it no side effects and it works,,,, just not as long as stated

The collars have always done a good job repelling IF you can keep them from breaking. Gave my dog a bath and later put a new collar on (good until May 2023). A bit later I see pieces where he was laying on the rug and another piece in his dog bed. I had just enough of a long piece to duct tape inside his collar. Very upsetting that this doesn’t hold up.

1. The odor is repulsive and lingers(strong odor still) on everything touched. 2. Broke while adjusting around my pups neck for the first time.

I bought this collar because a friend recommended it to me and wow, she was right. It is the right size, the smell is pleasant and our dog feels good with the collar on.
