I have used this product many times as I have had the dreaded sweaty sock syndrome for several Priuses. Usually I use once a month or so and get about 2-3 uses per can. Lately though I've been doing it 2x a month and then recently before a road trip I did twice in one week. After that I can say that the ac smells cleaner than it has since the sweaty sock syndrome started. So I recommend using it multiple times per week until the smell goes away.Overall the product is fairly easy to use. Shake the can well. I then unhook the drain tube and snake the cord through until it stops. Then I spray the cleaner until foam starts to come out. Then hook up the drain tube and wait 20-30 minutes for the cleaner to do its thing and drain out. Then blow the ac fan on high on for 30 minutes. It has a slight glass cleaner odor maybe for the first day not usually more, the odor is not offensive and I'm pretty sensitive to smells.

The best scent is NO SCENT. This is a chemical foaming decontaminant. It is not something designed to not clean but attempt to mask odors--which never works in the long run and is noxious in the short-run.I have used this product for years keeping my 2010 vehicle's air system's AC evaporator and heater core free of musty odors. While the extremely short plastic tubing could be much longer, I saved the top from a similar (and much more expensive) Toyota ventilation system cleaner and used that. One could also go to Lowes and buy a longer bit of plastic tubing to whatever length is needed.

It works well even though it's a little pricey for what you get. Smells good and cleans your evaporator core pretty good.

Our car smelt really bad to the point where we didn't even have to turn on the air conditioner. When we did turn it on it was even worse. If you don't mind getting dirty (under your car) this stuff works great! It' easy to use as long as you can locate the condenser drain tube under your car. Just follow the instructions and you can't go wrong. Leaves a "clean" pleasant odor that will leave after a few weeks but does get rid of the B.O. Got two cans and I'm glad I did.

I have used this product several times with good results. However, I ordered four cans to use on my cars this past summer, and only one of the cans worked properly. Three of the four cans would not produce any foam. When I would push the spray button, only liquid would come out...no foam at all. Very disappointed that I spent the money on this product, and will look for another brand at an auto parts store in the future.

I was originally going to buy a competitor's product, but this stuff would arrive two days faster. So I gave it a shot. I'm glad I did.My car's AC all of a sudden started to smell so rotten that I had to drive the last 7 miles home with all the windows down. So I used two applications of this product, essentially a full can. The pungent odor is completely gone, replaced with a very light and pleasant smell. Should that change anytime soon I'll update this review. The application was very easy. The hose is plenty long to get to the evaporator. I read a review that said their hose popped off, so I paid close attention to mine. No such trouble at all. 20 seconds of sending in the product, 20 minutes of waiting, and 20 minutes of running the AC. Easy.

I rate this product 5 stars all around. My caution is to do-it-yourselfers like me. I just tried using my can of FJC on my 2014 Camry. (I bought the FJC in 2016 and this was my third or fourth annual application from this can - it's really cost effective!) Anyway, I didn't know the visible part of the car's drain hose is actually two rubber pieces - one is the rubber grommet attached to the metal underneath the car, and the other is the actual hose tube which runs through the grommet into the open air. When I inserted the tube from the FJC can I accidentally pushed the drain hose back through the grommet and into the car's metal pan, and now it's gone inside and I need a mechanic to figure out how to retrieve it (or run a new hose)!

Not required, but I removed my glove compartment (had to anyway to access the Cabin Air filter on 370Z) and removed the drain hose from the evaporator drain (couldn't find the drain hose from underneath the car) and squirted the stuff right in there until it started flowing out of the drain, then re-attached the drain hose and let the system drain for about 20 min., then ran the A/C on Hi for a few minutes as recommended - worked great. And...only used about 1/3 of the can. I wouldn't mind if it smelled a little fresher, but there is very little odor after it dries, which is a good thing. I can always squirt some Lysol in the vents (preferably in the air intake to the vent system) if I want to freshen the odor a little more.

This would work better for me, (why I only gave it one star on "easy to use" rating), if the feeder tube would actually stay attached to the nozzle. The pressure is so strong and the nozzle is too short, that even with Gorilla Glue - I couldn't keep the feeder tube attached. The majority of the cleaner never made it into the system, so I couldn't feed enough cleaner (maybe got 10% into the system) to completely do the job. What did make it, helped, so I think that it is a good cleaner. But, without getting more in to do the job, I only got a 25% improvement. I'm going to put the last of the can in through the cabin filter side while the engine is running to hopefully suck more cleaner into the system.

It works, but but I still can occasionally feel some ""suppressed"" moisture smell"
