This is a pretty convenient acid based, foaming sanitizer. Its fairly concentrated acid before dilution so you have to be careful when pouring. That being said I received one bottle recently (pictured) where the thread on the top broke, so that now the top cant seal making it pretty dangerous to store/carry. Its the first time Ive seen that issue but I thought Id mention it in case others also see that.

I homegrown 1 gallon batches of mead, so I make 5 gallons of sanitizer at a time. This jug is enough sanitizer to make more batches than I will probably ever have. It's easy to just take a small amount, add it to a bunch of water and start dipping stuff or wiping it on surfaces. The foam is nothing to worry about, it's all part of the process.

I have used Star Sans for sanitizing brewing equipment for years. It never has failed me. Very flexible in its use.

Me enviaron un producto diferente al que pagué, aún en la nota de remisión se muestra el pago por el Star San y el recibido fue un Saniclean. Procederé con la devolución del producto, cuando esto se aclare modificare la evaluación.
