This is a nice unit that gives you a bathroom fan together with a light. The light uses LEDs rather than bulbs, and it gives you some cheerful color. We can it on a spare 120V cable, but we have not installed yet due to the need to do some surgery to the ceiling first. The construction quality looks fine to me, but I will update with way more info after installation.

Item looked great out of the box, installation instructions were easy to follow. Fan in quieter than expected for as much air as it moves. 3 lighting modes are great, if not a bit bright. No more foggy mirror, even with the door closed. Unless it doesn't last, I would definitely buy again.

This lighted bathroom fan was purchased to replace the 20 year-old builders junk that the original homeowners felt was just fine. My husband (who is a wiz at this) did the installation. It is very, very quiet. However, the light is extremely bright, so if you have a tendency to turn the light on in the middle of the night, I would rethink it that action. Overall, we are extremely pleased with the unit.

Never installed because of 3 Button Controller. Nothing on Fitop Website. How can you sell something without recommended additional product. 3 light settings? Spent several hours at Big Box Stores looking for correct 3 Button Controller. Stumped them ...

Was looking for a exhaust fan with both the led light and the spring clip type of retainer that didn't break the bank. Found this one and decided to give it a try. Was really impressed with the quality and how quiet it is. The options for mounting are good and makes for easy install. This really gives off a lot more light than most of the others and it is nearly silent. Only rough part is the electrical connection box is pretty small, so if you have some heavy guage wires coming into it it's going to be pretty tight.
