So I’m an elevator mechanic and I use this to attach my phone to my pants as a tether so it doesn’t fall down the shaft. Works well and as designed. I would recommend as they are fairly durable for the price

Very nice to clip it on you and don't have to worry about where it went.

I won’t lose anything anymore because everything is tethered down.

Bought these to keep many tools in the restaurant I work at in place without dropping them. I work in a fast paced restaurant and use many different small tools to assemble/serve guests with. Tablespoons, bottle openers, bag openers, etc..If anyone were to accidently drop one of these to the ground...and it does happen quite often during our movements, we would have to stop, pick it up, run to the back, clean it at the sink, go back to the front, and continue where we left off. Soo, I came up with the idea for using these lanyards to keep that from happening.I initially wanted to get any random lanyard, but when I found that these had a metal wire inside the core, I made the decision to use these for durability and longevity. I know how the other coiled plastic only lanyards can break easily, especially with heavy use...soo, I opted for these instead. My manager, even the Area District manager and other even more higher managements in the company liked the idea, and are now starting to use them in the other locations. And what we also found is that NSF didn't say it was a violation to use these lanyards in the past 2 visits we had since installation. They even thought it was a really great idea.Only thing is that I would suggest is to change out the ring for a better heavy duty one. Out of all the lanyards we have in use, 3 of the rings stretched out and were replaced. As for the others, we replaced them before they got stretched just to get it out of the way. Haven't had an issue since.

True that the carabiner clips are not great - very flimsy and one broke for no apparent reason. BUT I didn't need them anyway. I bought these for the durable spirals and the keyrings. I use them with a keyring on each end. It is my solution to... how am I going to ensure that my 2 children (who lose things easily) don't lose their cell phones? Tether them to the insides of their backpacks - that's how! It's not impossible to remove, just difficult/annoying enough that they won't bother. The phone cases have a little ring-stand thing on the back, where I attached the keyring, and the other end attached to a loop in the backpack. I gave each kid a length of two spiral keychains, so that they can use the phones more easily. I thought I would be able to use one each, by the length in the description, but I had not considered that stretching them to their full length means you have to pull hard. 2 lengths is just right. My kids abuse them and they are holding up just fine. If you want to use them with carabiners, replace these carabiners with better quality ones. It's still worth it to buy these spirals.

A little flimsy but not too bad.

These bungees are decent for the price. Gotta remember you're getting like 10 for nothing. They work for keeping all my fishing gear accessible, but still secured if tipped in my kayak. The eyelets and buckles are complete garbage on these. I ended up buying another cheaper set of hooks and replaced them all. Now they're great. So just be mindful. You get what you pay for.
