These ladders both seem well constructed and like they can deploy easily. I keep these upstairs in our bedrooms just incase. The clips seem like they will be able to anchor to our bed-frames while the ladders go out the windows down to safety. I just wish they came with quick release straps to keep them managed in the closets, but for the price you can't beat them for peace of mind.

The construction and quality of the stair rope was great. However, I had to return to upgrade to the type that I can hang on the windowsill versus adding bolts for the type that needs hooks in the window to hang over the windowsill.
