This fireplace screen worked perfect for our needs. Opens and closes easy and allows you to access the fire without having to move the whole screen each time. It is not as heavy/solid feeling as our old one but is still sturdy and looks good with our decor.

This is absolutely beautiful and fits perfectly over my fireplace. It keeps my cat out of the fireplace and makes it look great.It was super easy to put together as well.Definitely recommend this screen

We live in an apartment and the chain curtain screen that was already on the fireplace is warped where the two halves meet and is not fixable, so it lets embers fall into the carpet from time to time. This screen has even smaller holes than the chain but we can actually see the fire much clearer! Our fireplace is not like the more open ones this screen is designed for, but a few very strong magnets holds it on place perfectly! We even took the feet off for a cleaner look. Doors are super easy to open, the craftsmanship is great, and the geometric pattern is unique and modern. Only down side is that they shorted us a small bolt and added an extra big one, so the handles are held on by the chunkier ones which isn't as nice looking.(Don't mind that some pictures have the screen upside down lol)
