it's smaller than I pictured it to be, but, still nice. Light weight and easy to install and seems to be of good quality material for the price.

Took a while to install everything then I took the plastic off. Numerous broken crystals and only 3 replacements so not enough for repairs. No remote control so light is very bright and not fun to look at.Lots of effort for the bad news payoff. Update: A replacement was sent and still has no remote included. Under product description is states that light is controlled by remote. Unfortunately, the phone app does not work either.

Several crystals damaged and broken right off. Sharp barbed wire holds the crystals on and are wrapped extremely tight with plastic which is very difficult to remove and caused a deep laceration on my finger cutting down to the bone. It looks ok, no settings, no remote, only one color temperature and no way to contact seller about the damaged parts and lack of warnings about sharp barbed wire used in the build of the product. This is a review by a professional installer, not a typical consumer.

It was kind of hard to put up but afterwards, the finished project is gorgeous ! The first pick is the done pic . The second was putting the lil crystals one by one in !!! They need better hooks but it does the job !

Light is beautiful! We bought 2 and 1 of them had a finish defect so we returned it. Thought to install 2 in our entrance, but 1 is definitely bright enough! Some will think it's too bright. Unfortunately, 4 stars because as many I saw in previous comments, we did not receive any remotes. Horrible because of the brightness of the light, being able to change color and intensity is somewhat a must. Installation was easy. Yes, the bracket needs to be installed to the ceiling so the weight is not carried on the box. No idea if we will ever get a remote though.
