My son uses it everyday. Keeps hot food hot and cold food cold. It’s also a great size, bigger than most bento boxes I’ve seen. We love it.

I bought this for my 1st grader and heated the food and put it in the thermos about 3 hours before she ate. She said it was still warm when she got to lunch. I did prep the thermos with hot water from a water kettle first. My only recommendation is to add a little velcro to the mesh pouch for the icepack. The icepack is slim and slides out pretty easily. She did not realize it was hers, so it ended up lost on the first use. Velcro would have prevented this. The box has a really good capacity! We had yogurt, pasta (in the thermos), fresh fruit, cheese and bread and she ate all of it and seemed really happy when I asked her how her lunch was. I think she was glad to have a hot lunch without having to go through the lunch line.

Keep foot warm or cold. Easy to clean leak proof enough space for nice size meal not heavy. What you see in the picture is what you get. The thermos had a small flaw, emailed customer service (they replied real fast) sent them a picture they sent a new one next day almost no charge and I didn’t have to return the other. Will buy again and I have recommended to family & friends.

Just a great product, other then the little sauce Tupperware will leak. So you will want to buy a different sauce container for it.Overall works well

I loved that this one included everything you would need including the utensils. We've been using for a couple months and it has been leak proof. I also found it easier for my 4 year old to open compared to some other brands that I looked at in stores. The divided compartments make it easy to pack a variety of food without having to buy prepackaged snacks or use several small containers or bags which makes my life easier and is less wasteful.

UPDATE 11/10/23: still going strong! Nuances- My kid lost the pink removable holder for the utensils and the small triangle flap for the condiment cup lid. I reached out to seller for a replacement and they said they’d send it but that was about a month or so ago, I don’t think they’ll be sending it. Had to put tape on each side of the lid to cover the holes and can’t put liquid in it anymore. Otherwise, everything is still working as it should and we are still happy with the purchase!It’s just a little on the heavier side for smaller kids, but still pretty easy to carry short distances like from the bus to class & then cafeteria. 7x7 bento is prefect for portion sizes & the thermos is great for Mac & cheese, pasta, chicken nugs. my 5 year old said her thermos food is still warm enough to eat at lunch (11am). The plastic ware is good quality. My daughter has no issue opening the bento or condiment cup & only asks for help with the thermos. It is proven to be leak proof in our case as you can see! I ensure the air hole flaps are open while pressing down on the lid for the insert & then pressing the flaps closed once all air is out. Ive also had success in packing her cold lunch the night before and taking it out the fridge to put in the lunch bag in the morning. Nothing is soggy! Due to the weight of the bag when all pieces are in it, we’ve mixed & matched to make it just a little lighter. (Ex:) Cold lunch only with ice pack & a small juice on the side, or thermos with a lightly packed bento & small juice in the book bag instead. I’ve only hand washed and don’t plan on using in the dishwasher. I separate the silicone seals from the lids and wash them each night or every other night. I hand dry immediately to help avoid any mold growth. So glad I picked this and it’s still working very well for us after 3 weeks 😊
