Happens to be electrical plugs on outside of house. Pourch is open but overhead roof I had 1 small heated house I used many years but sat on concrete heater pad went out so I got another pad. I had 1 cat living on pourch for a year. This winter I seen these ones that was bigger and had feet on them. I thought that would be great and was. Well a second kitty decide to stay so I good a second one. But before I was using a heat lamp to help keep them warm. They kitty's love it and I do to better then heat lamp and safer and makes pourch look nice. Sometime when it was super cold I couldn't get them out to eat and don't blame like I said they love it. And besides I got the second 1 cheaper then the first. Recommand.

Pros: Two entrances, nice heating pad, easy set up. Plastic doorway doesn't trap heat, thinly insulated not good for very cold climates. Never could get the metal corners to fit into the frame. Construction issues.

I bought the small size for our feral cat, and it's perfect, especially with the frigid temperatures we've been having. It was an easy transaction and easy to put together. He loves that it has an entrance and exit. Not sure he would have liked it otherwise. It's electrically heated, so you would need to put it near an outlet if you're. going to use the heater. I'm very happy with this purchase, and I highly recommend it.

I ordered this cat house when the "deep freeze" was forecasted to come to our area. I have three cat houses made by a well-known name-brand (i.e., K&H) company that I'd ordered previously. I was one cat house short! I decided to try buying this cat house since it was significantly less than the houses I'd bought in the past. This one is actually warmer and a little better made. I am very impressed! It was easy to put together, and it will be easy to take apart and store when it's not needed this summer. The low temperature here last week was 8 degrees (F) one morning. I reached my hand in one of my K&H houses and this house, sitting side by side, and this one was markedly warmer. The cats have always used the houses interchangeably, meaning you'll see one cat in one house and then the next day in a different house. All houses are kept very clean. But this new house is definitely the preferred house that is always occupied first. They know it's a bit warmer! Thanks for your well-made product. Next time I need a new cat house, I will be ordering again from you!

Instructions that came with it says not for outdoor use and does not have a self heating pad!!!!! of no use to me as not as advertised! Not worth the price, money wasted that I cannot afford to spend!!

We have outdoor cats on our property that prefer to stay outdoors and roam with the chickens. I purchased this to make sure the cats have a warm, dry safe place to retreat from the cold and the rain. There is a long cord to be able to reach an outdoor outlet or plug into an outdoor extension cord. The house was easy to set up and lightweight in case I need to move it. The electrostatic heating pad heats up only while the cat is on the pad so there is no waste of electricity. The roof is easy to remove if you need to clean or remove the washable pad. The front and back doors are removable as well. I do like how the front door is clear so I can see when Claudia is in her house safe and warm. Waterproof so it keeps her dry. I like how it has little legs to keep it slightly elevated so it is not sitting directly on the ground. Definitely a good size for one big plump cat or two smaller cats if they get along well.

I have a sweet neighborhood cat who visits me every evening. He does not appear to be a stray. Very clean and isn’t always hungry when he/she visits. Anyway, they (the unknown neighbors) leave the cat out in all sorts of weather overnight! We have had a lot of snow, ice and frigid temperatures. I feel so bad for her. I put a cat bungalow outside with a heating pad because it got down to 8 degrees. It’s not weatherproof and for inside. Sunday it will be a low of 6. I’ll sleep better knowing she’s in this heated house. It’s on a covered porch which is even better. Easy to put together. Instructions are okay. It took me forever to figure out the plastic flaps. They connect to Velcro on the inside of the house. Not the outside. Thanks for the helpful customer videos! Very sturdy, soft cushion for kitty, purrfect size, off the ground and very functional. Very solid piece.

It's a nice little cat house, it's not insulated but as long as it is in a sheltered area should work good, super easy to put together, cord nice an long(over 6' but doesn't have a gound on plug). Only question/concern would be the instructions that come with the heat pad (i included a picture) says that the heat pad is only for indoor use, it's an outdoor cat house, but I guess technically the heat pad is "in" the cat house. 🤷🏼♂️ but the plug in which doesn't have a ground is outside. So you would want to keep it somewhere it was somewhat sheltered or at least up out of the snow. The other thing is, in the same instructions it states that the heat pad should only cover half of the floor of what you use it in, but it's fitted for the cat house. It covers the entire floor, unless you folded it and run it up one of the walls, but it also says in the instructions, Not to fold it. 🤦🏼♂️😂Anyway just got it set up and put out, it seems like a decent unit, will see after we have used it for a while.

I received this product one week ago . The material of the house is sturdy. The heating pad is not sizzling hot but gives enough heat for my stray to stay inside all day and night. The door is a clear plastic flap which is really good because the cat can see outside. The wire is long enough. I have two stray outside now they both want to go inside to be warm. I am satisfied and back to buy one more.

It arrived as a flat package, the pieces were easy to put together. The heating pad seemed sturdy enough. Our cat would not go into it, even after leaving it in the place his outdoor cat bed usually is. Had to return it as he was having nothing to do with it.

A cat actually used it. Also used the escape door. The owner of the cat was located so now it is empty waiting for the next occupant. .Roof, once I turned the roof in the correct direction, went on quickly. Nylon so waterproof. Yes I would recommend this product.
