Stowaway Mouse Platform Mounts on Either Side
The keyboard drawer includes a separate mouse platform that lets you mount your mouse on the left or right side of your keyboard--wherever it's most convenient for you. In addition, the mouse platform stows underneath the keyboard tray to save space when not in use.

Product i recieved was made from cheap plastic mould, no finishing, different look and fragile. Its hardly worth 800 bucks (against charging 3k) , and actually useless. Good that i could return it. Avoid it.

I purchased this unit in May of 2020. At the time the deciding factor was that it was the cheapest unit I could find other than the clamp-on style. After 4 years of daily use, it still performs as it should and has held up nicely.Unfortunately, I broke one of the plastic mounting brackets a couple of weeks ago. This was entirely my fault and not a reflection of the quality of the product. I was contemplating repurchasing the same unit or modifying it by replacing the mounting brackets with corner braces. Before pursuing either of those options, I reached out to Fellows to see if they offered the brackets for sale individually. I explained to them that the drawer was 4 years old and this was in no way a warranty claim. They confirmed that I only needed one, asked me for my address, and shipped me one at no cost. I will most certainly look at their products for future purchases.

Oh how I miss it when my arms didn't feel like jello. Thank god my office doesn't have a camera installed in it. Otherwise I'd be the next YouTube hit.Is it because I have the upper body strength of a 98 ywar old old? Maybe. However I didn't realize how much physical arm strength was needed to hold up the tray while installing it into your desk.•durable•great size•great quality•very sturdy•sleek design•easy directions•template for installHowever.... if you somehow have octopus arms and can hold up the tray while simultaneously drilling holes into your desk and installing screws at the same time, this is the product for you.Everyone else - either be a complete idiot like I am and install it alone and gain the strength of 7 Demi gods at the same time and suffer the consequences later, or invite a friend over to help you. Your arms will thank you!

i’ve had my desk for a number of years now and it holds two systems so there is always two keyboards on top. three if you count the midi keyboard but i digress. i recently got the bug to consolidate space so i started looking for a keyboard drawer. apparently they have easy ones that you can clamp to the edge of the desk but i wanted the old style keyboard drawer. this looked to be stylistic and durable and it includes a sliding mouse tray. installation was easy peasy lemon squeezy. and i didn’t have to flip my desk over. it was pretty simple to do. sliding action is smooth and it works well. love it.

Works great. Easy to install. On my desk I had to turn it upside down so I can accurately line it up correctly and screw it on to the underneath of the table. Well built solid construction. Would I buy this one again? YES.

Las herramientas básicas que debe haber en casa son suficientes. Sus acabados la hacen una opción de buen gusto en el escritorio en el que se coloquen. Los kits de este tipo que se venden en ferretería son mucho mas baratos pero la elegancia y segura durabilidad de esta base me tiene muy satisfecho.

I'd been looking for a desk mounted keyboard tray for some time that would work for my setup at home. I have two tables I could potentially set up on, but neither has a good height for using a keyboard and mouse. Products range in style and price quite a bit, and I didn't find many I liked right away. This one jumped at me because it was mounted with screws under the desk and had an extendable tray for the mouse, and was just the right size. I use a full-size keyboard and a trackball mouse so the pad doesn't need to be huge for my needs.The product looks great, feels sturdy, and was an easy install. They provide a great instructional video on install also on Amazon, worth watching. One issue I've seen is that it really doesn't come down quite far enough, even though it has 3 different height levels. I am at the lowest setting, and I would like it to come down 1/2 inch more or so as an option. Another issue is that the pull-out mouse pad definitely feels like it wiggles and wobbles a bit, despite the track feeling quite sturdy. I can't figure out how to fix this issue, but it is bearable for the price.Final comment: if this is the style you want and the dimensions you need, I absolutely recommend this for the price.

I was looking for a keyboard drawer for my new sit/stand desk and did a lot of research. There are a lot of options out there with prices that range from $20 to $100. I was drawn to this keyboard drawer because of its small footprint. My new mobile desk is pretty narrow. I liked the pull out mouse pad that came with this drawer, since it allows me to set my keyboard and mouse at the same level. The fact the drawer is a Fellowes brand product was a bonus for me. I've used lots of their office supplies and computer accessories at work and I knew they had quality products. I was pleasantly surprised when I received the tray. It is really sturdy! Based on the low price, I expected it to feel cheap. It really doesn't. The slides are on ball bearings and move easily. The little mouse tray can be easily moved to either side depending on whether you are a leftie or a righty. There was plenty of room for my keyboard, with an adjustable stop at the back of the drawer to hold it snuggly. Even though the installation instructions were clear and easy, I made a stupid decision to adjust the position of the drawer by removing two of the tiny mounting screws that hold the slides to the desk mounts. The weight of the drawer tweaked the left slide and broke it. AAAGGHH! I was so excited to use my new drawer. I couldn't believe I wrecked it so quickly. I sent an email to Fellowes to see if I could buy a new slide. Unfortunately they don't stock supplies for such a small item. Their customer service representative was so excellent though! She found me a slide and mailed it to me within days - even though it was my fault. They really stand behind their brand! I knew I couldn't go wrong with Fellowes. I strongly recommend this drawer (and all of their products) for home or business use.
