I like this product. I like that the top and the bottom is adjustable. Because it’s adjustable it doesn’t give it a stream line with the ruler in the part that goes over the adjustment area. Basically a high point and low point but I still like it.

Nice heavy stand. Base is metal. Platform is plastic with metal inserts on edge. Ruler is plastic with magnet and easily slides up and down platform. I use knitting charts and this allows me to slide the ruler to keep track of where I am. Works great and I love that it folds flat to pack into my knitting bag.

Works well with a variety of paper sizes and is easier to reposition and store than the previous, flimsy, flex arm unit clamped to the desk that went into self destruct mode

This is a well built item that helps with neck, shoulder and back discomfort. Keeps papers off the desk when typing and more at a level that the body likes.

I have 2 of these. The first one I got at work as I process paperwork line by line for data entry and all of our pages are in landscape mode. This is the best tray I've found for this purpose. I love that the bottom part slides down and the top is adjustable as well to accommodate portrait mode papers. The clip at the top comes very in handy, but I wish it were a bit deeper, sometimes my pages slip out. Some things I would suggest for improvement is find a way to not have it occasionally collapse back when writing on the pages ( I dont press hard and all of my co-workers have had this issue). Also, the sliding bar gets wonky and crooked depending on where down the page you are, that could be very much improved. My latest slider bar also doesn't lay flat across the page, it is raised out which is super annoying and inconvenient.Lastly, the bar needs to be longer to go all the way across a page in landscape mode. Especially as you have to keep the page pulled out to the right a bit to not cover up everything you are looking at by the first inch or so of the slider.Even with it's faults I would absolutely purchase again as it's the best, and really only I've found that meets my needs.

Absolutely love this product! I have a sit to stand desk and struggled to find a document holder that would work with the space between the keyboard and monitor shelf. This works perfectly! The base is sturdy and stays put. The document easel adjusts easily for a more comfortable reading angle.I wish that I had found this much sooner.

Best investment ever!! Save the shoulder and neck pain at work. Affordable and worth every penny. Great for daily use and to hold documents to process or for data entry. I have been trying to find an document holder that is flexible and adjustable. This holder can be adjusted up or down. It can be slanted as well. Great product. As you can see, I leave the holder on my desk and I adjusted it by pulling the ledger down. I have a keyboard tray attached under my desk. The document holder doesn't get in my way at all

After reviewing dozens of brands and models of document holders, it seemed most document holders tend to cater to the standard 8 1/2 x 11 sheets, which I found somewhat frustrating. I was so relieved to finally find this Fellowes Professional series. It is very well built and not only does it expand vertically for legal size documents but it was the only product I could find that allows for a standard sheet of paper (8 1/2 x 11) to be held horizontally. Our forms are printed in landscape format and the Fellowes document holder holds them in the horizontal position perfectly. The magnetic guide bar works great, utilizing a small metal strip embedded along the left hand edge. The transparency of the guide bar did bother a few employees but placing a small strip of blue painters tape onto the guide bar solved that. The weighted base makes for a solid, stable work surface and the unit folds up nicely for storage in any desk drawer. We initially purchased two units from Amazon and over the course of the next three months have purchased two more. If you are looking for the added feature of holding a document horizontally, I highly recommend you consider this Fellowes model.Steve B.N.E. Oklahoma

I just purchased & received the Fellowes In-line Document Holder. It seems like a high quality document holder, and I love the adjustments, but I think the one I received is missing a component. The image on the instructions indicates that there is a adjustable support behind the document tray to lock the tray at the proper angle, but mine did not come with one. Has anyone had a similar problem?

The Fellows Prof Series In-Line Document Holder is a very sturdy excellent product. It has a small shelf at the bottom with a lip on it to hold the paper from falling out. I have found with other paper holders this is missing and the paper slips out. This is not the case with the Fellows Prof Series In-Line Document Holding. There is also a paper holder guide that you can scroll down as you type which is magnetic and stays firm when you are not using it but is easy to remove and move along as you type. You need a bit of room in front of your computer if you wish to use it right under your monitor in order to use it fully extended. I can be used just as effectively collapsed in the shorter position. Very heavy, very sturdy and well worth the price. It will easily balance a heavy book. Holly Crosgrey [...]
