I didn't know what to expect ordering a vibration plate from here. I was very impressed with everything this vibration plate has to offer. Ease of use, ease of moving and great attachments.

I use this under my work desk to help with my circulation from sitting all day. MUCH better than using a small bike/elliptical and trying to work at the same time. It is very sturdy and as advertised. It does work your muscles when doing the different exercises. Would recommend this brand to anyone who wants to try, but doesn't want to spend a ton of money on the name brand. Same quality.

This thing is addicting. I love using it and watching my favorite shows! I do about 20-30 minutes a day on this thing. (I try to do different exercises on it: squats, planks, etc.). I feel so much relief when getting off and can tell my stomach has gone down so much (I’ve had so much trouble toning my post c-section belly). I love this machine and it’s so worth the investment. It’s loud to anyone in the room but outside of the room no one can hear it. A plus is my 18 month old thinks it’s hilarious and wants to crawl on it all the time.

Noise level is great not loud. The levels of speed is amazing. The machine is not big. So, it doesn’t take up a lot of space. I have notice that my knee pain has gotten better. I do think this is one of those things that helps overtime. I wouldn’t expect to feel a big difference.

So far I'm enjoying the vibration plate. It actually has a calming effect when you use it. I purchased it to help with circulation and lymphatic drainage, so we'll see. It's not as wide as I thought, but I didn't really pay attention to the measurements when ordering. It is definitely big enough works great.

I enjoy using this vibration board! The pre-programed settings are nice, but the remote makes it easy to set your own pace too. This along with healthier eating habits has helped me slim down. I hope to continue! It also helps with hip pain I've had. Higher settings help your body feel energized while lower settings are relaxing. Great buy!! (I caught it on sale for $59)

I read a whole bunch about these vibration plates and decided I would get one. I got this one after reading a lot of reviews and checking prices. It’s really nice and very sturdy. I like the little elastic things you attached to do the arm exercises. I haven’t got it off the first level of vibration though. I can’t imagine turning it all the way up it probably shake my guts out. I’ve heard that you can lose weight using these, maybe you can. I don’t use it consistently enough to read any benefits yet. Also, I read some things about it, shaken off your retina, and that kind of scared me. Anyway, it’s good quality, very sturdy, easy to put under the bed

Got it for my wife, and we use it often. Seems to help after long days on our feet. I'm an RN and my wife is a retail manager. My only ding is because the max time we get set this thing to is 10 minutes, and we can't figure out how to add time when it's started. So it has to stop and then we start it again if we want to go longer. We usually stop at the 10 minutes because of this. Not a big deal, but a design flaw imo. We've had at least one other person buy a vibration plate because of using ours. Overall, great purchase.
