Wow............GREAT product. The weight is heavy and the quality of this product is high. My grandson said it is easy to use, the grip is fine and the knurling as well. Great value for the money.

a different sleeve design. The weight plates are way less likely to slide off or move at all. I never drop the weight and I do bench press from the floor on blocks for safety.

My son bought a weight bench and the bar that came with it bent.. so he ordered this one and it's great. All the weights he has used and the bar does not bend.. I can believe the replacement bar is way better than the bar that comes with it. Flat black color and it's no expensive, and great quality, we are buying another one.

Good grip design, very sturdy, small enough to tuck it against a wall. This bar is comfortable to use compared to a straight bar. I love using it and every time I have friends over they compliment it.

I don’t have room for a 7 ft bar where I lift weights, this bar is a perfect solution for me. It fits the space I have, it’s well made and I don’t see any reason it won’t last many years

Immediately I moved the package off my front porch deck I heard a rattling noise coming from inside the box. Upon unboxing, the source of the noise became apparent. Nothing broken. It was the loading sleeves. This bar is described on the product page, narrative and photos, as having bearings in the sleeves. Nope, as you'll see. For bearings to function the way bearings are supposed to function, the race needs be a tight fit. A loose fit is actually bad for bearings that are subject to occasional lateral loading such as these would be if the bar is repeatedly dropped to the floor, which some heavy lifters do. So, I carried the bar down to my shop, secured it in a bench vice (soft jaws), easily removed both sleeves (each attached to the bar with a socket head screw and three washers) and took a good look around inside. No bearings. The sleeves are just empty cylinders that ride directly on the bar. The only reason that the sleeves turn on the bar (turn, not spin, turn, like screwing in a light bulb) is because of the amount of slop in the fit-up. An hour later Amazon approved a free return and UPS picked up the package from my front porch the next day. If you bought one of these bars and think you got a good deal on a bar with sleeve bearings, based on my experience, you probably didn't. The knurling is good, the bend is good, the finish is good but, importantly, no sleeve bearings. For the money ($50+) it should, at least, come with brass bushings.Update: Believe it or not, the seller offered me (in writing) a discount if I order another Feierdun bar. Not knowing what I might get, I replied "no thank you".
