Clear as crystal, and as an anamorphic filmmaker, the touch screen navigation to anamorphic aspect ratio settings was EFFORTLESS. The screen is beautiful, and I’m powering the unit via USB-C to a brick running the whole rig, so no extra weight! Pulling focus was mindblowingly easy after pulling focus so long on a 5” screen on past projects. So much more to say, but just know that my game just went up a solid few levels. Thank you Feelworld. - David Sovereign, OneVillage Multimedia

This was a great field monitor to test. It's a budget oriented one and doesn't have features something like the Atomos/SmallHD/etc has, but for what it does I was extremely happy with it.The build quality isn't spectacular. It's a larger screen at 7 inches with a plastic body. The body isn't particular built robustly. I would say it's more consumer than professional. It isn't going to fall apart, but it will probably need to be babied and not be knocked around. It does come with a nice case to hold it. If you are hard on your gear like I am though and just throw it all together to go from shooting site A to B to C, this guy might give up the ghost a lot sooner than other monitors. For the price though the build quality is perfectly adequete. What I did love is the video coming from it and the NP-F passthrough. The monitor is very pretty, and very bright. The Touchscreen UI is responsive and quick to use and the monitor has a very buttery and beautiful 4k60fps screen. It's gorgeous. It's crazy how beautiful 4k60 looks on a smaller but not iphone size screen. I was fascinated and engaged with how crisp and fluid it was. There are a lot of useful tools and graphs that help to make sure you get good video, along with support for luts via the SD card. I don't really push that for what we need it for at work so can't really comment on how luts look on this monitor. The NP-F passthrough is also great. Had a wireless transmitter on the back of it and the whole system was great. I did notice the power was always on, so make sure to turn off your transmitter if it's connected. Treat it like it's a dummy battery when connected. The only thing I need now is a right angle to right angle short HDMI connector to streamline the installation.I'm excited about using this monitor for the wedding video work main cam. This will be perfectly as composition monitor that also can broadcast a signal out to a live stream device or to projectors which we do quite a bit. It should keep the whole system pretty clean. For the price it's very capable. The build quality isn't superb for professional commercial work, and it does need to be probably be babied, but the quality of the video itself is awesome.
