i've read different reports about these type of cups cracking after being frozen. i keep mine in the lower part of the frig', i do not freeze. these easily keep my drink chilled till i'm done. i don't like my drink, 'ice' cold, i don't want a head ache. then for my next drink i rinse, put it back in the frig' and pull out another chilled cup. this method is easier on the cups and on my head.

The mugs started great, kept beer very cold, fun colors. Within a month they started to crack/split, within two months all are cracked and no longer usable. I wrote to the company over a month ago and received no response - very disappointing.

These mugs have worked out perfectly. I have followed all the instructions by handwashing, leaving them to dry then placing them upside down in the freezer. Once I’ve pulled them from the freezer I let them totally defrost before hand washing them and putting them back in the freezer. I’ve had no problems keeping my drinks cold. And there have been no cracks in the plastic. The mugs are sturdy and keep your drinks frosty cold. I love that they come in different colors. Great value for the money spent.

I bought some of these for my summertime beer. Love how they keep the beer cold and they hold up even while outside. I talked my Elks Lodge into buying some also and they have been a hit.

I broke my friends freezer mugs so I replaced it with this set. I was so impressed with it. Big heavy mugs! Love that they're 4 different colors. They keep beverages really cold for hours. It actually turns the drinks into slushes and I finish them off by scraping the sides with a spoon. Well worth the money!! I highly recommend these freezer mugs.
