In spite of the other glowing review of this product, it doesn't work. I wanted to make a wallet from this fabric, but tested it before I made any cuts. I wrapped my phone in 6-8 layers of this, and still had full wifi signal. Then I tried my tablet, same results. Then I wrapped the modem/router in it and still had full signal. Walk on by.... returning this today.

This is pretty cool, very conductive cloth. I measured it with a multimeter, and no matter where I measured, it was always about 0.1 ohm wherever I placed the probes. So, it’s indeed very conductive. It’s also very thin. It would be very easy to use this cloth to sew a faraday cage into a garment or bag. Of course, knowing the good conductivity of the cloth guarantees signal blocking, but I verified by wrapping my phone in this cloth and the wi-fi signal dropped right down to zero.When I ordered it the fabric size was not listed, so I wanted to make sure all the other Amazon shoppers know. My piece was 43x40 inches, so I assume most people will get a similar square in the same 40x40 inches ballpark. I’m not sure what this type of cloth ought to cost, but for just under $6 (at the time of this review) you get about 11 square feet, which seems like a reasonable value to me. 5 stars.

A lot larger than I thought it would be. Plenty of polyester faraday fabric to line wallets, bags, or even pockets to prevent electronic intrusion by NFC, RFID, or hostile aliens! ;-)
