This product is useless and unreturnable. The alarm needs to be attached to the mat for it to work. It can not be installed in another room to receive the alarm signal remotely. When I tried to return this product, it said that it is unreturnable. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT!

There is nothing wrong with the product, but it didn't work out for the use that I intended. The alarm stays on the entire time you are standing on the mat. Therefore, I want to return the product, but the third party vendor isn't issuing a return label.

Worked great for several days. Now alarm will not shut off. I have tried the reset button, I've taken the battery out, but when I put it back in the alarm sounds again. Can't use it now. Amazon says I can't return it. This is unacceptable.

I thought this mat had a wireless alarm, which could be placed anywhere, such as a different room, and then alert the alarm when my loved one stepped on the mat.This alarm is wireless in that it can run off a battery, but must always be attached to the mat with the telephone like cord, and thus always in the same room.Not want I wanted and I can't return.
